These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wavesynctools.com and the tools available on it (the "Service"), operated by WaveSync Tools. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Site Audit is free with no account and no time limit. Keyword research, the content optimizer, and the rank tracker are free for a 7-day trial once you create an account, then continue on a $19/month plan. WaveSync Tools also offers fix-it quotes to have issues found by the audit corrected for you, and Auto-Pilot, a $99/month subscription for unattended daily audits and optional, limited automatic WordPress fixes.
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Our tools produce estimates and recommendations based on automated analysis of publicly available data (such as page content and public search results). They are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic outcome, or business result.
If you connect a WordPress site and enable daily auto-fix, you authorize the Service to automatically apply only the specific, limited changes described on the Auto-Pilot page (currently: filling in missing image alt text and missing meta descriptions, only when a supported SEO plugin is detected). Auto-Pilot never edits titles, body content, or publishes anything, and every change it makes is logged and visible to you. You can disconnect WordPress or turn auto-fix off at any time.
Fix-it quote prices are shown to you before you request one, based on your audit results. Auto-Pilot ($99/month) and continued access to the core tools after your trial ($19/month) are both flat-rate subscriptions, shown on their respective pages, and can be canceled at any time. You agree not to use the Service to scan, monitor, or attempt to fix sites you don't own or don't have permission to access, and not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
The Service, its design, and its underlying software are owned by WaveSync Tools. You retain all rights to your own website content; we only access what's necessary to provide the Service you've requested.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveSync Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any change made by Auto-Pilot's auto-fix feature once you've enabled it.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
