WaveSync Tools ("we", "us", "our") operates wavesynctools.com and the SEO tools available on it (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed version of your password — we never store your password in plain text.
Tool usage data. When you run an audit, keyword search, content check, or rank check, we store the inputs you provide (such as a domain, URL, or keyword) and the results, so signed-in users can see their history. Free/anonymous use of the tools is not tied to an account.
Auto-Pilot data. If you opt a site into Auto-Pilot, we store the domain and start URL you provide, daily audit history, and — only if you choose to connect WordPress — your site URL, username, and an application password, which is stored encrypted and used solely to apply the specific, logged fixes described on the Auto-Pilot page.
Contact and quote requests. If you use the Contact Us page or request a fix-it quote, we store what you submit (for example: name, company name, email, phone number, website, and your message) so we can respond to you.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical information (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.
We use the information above to: operate and improve the Service; respond to messages and quote requests; send account-related email such as password resets; run the daily automated jobs you've opted into (Auto-Pilot); and detect and prevent abuse of the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We use a hosting provider to run the Service and a database to store the data described above, and a transactional email provider to deliver account and notification emails. These providers process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide the Service. Our keyword and rank-tracking tools query public search engine data (such as Google autocomplete and DuckDuckGo search results) to produce their results; no personal account data is sent to those queries beyond the keyword or domain you asked us to look up.
We keep account and tool-history data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time using the Contact Us page.
You can review or delete your Auto-Pilot sites, disconnect WordPress, or delete rank-tracking keywords at any time from within the tools themselves. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
