This policy covers WaveSync Tools' paid offerings: one-time fix-it quotes (Starter Fix $49, Growth Fix $99, Full-Site Fix $199, priced from your free audit results), the Auto-Pilot subscription ($99/month), and the core tools plan ($19/month, after your 7-day free trial on keyword research, the content optimizer, and the rank tracker ends). Our free Site Audit tool is never gated and is not covered by this policy.
If you accept a fix-it quote and we haven't yet started work on your site, you can cancel and receive a full refund by contacting us. Once we've begun applying the agreed fixes, we'll refund the portion of work not yet completed. Once all agreed fixes have been delivered, the quote is considered fulfilled and is not refundable, though we'll always work with you to correct anything that wasn't done as described.
Auto-Pilot is a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time from the Auto-Pilot page or by contacting us — canceling stops future charges, and we don't prorate or refund the current billing period. If no automatic fixes have been applied to a connected WordPress site, you can request a full refund on your first month within 7 days of that charge. You can also turn daily audits and auto-fix off at any time free of charge, without canceling or losing access.
Once your 7-day free trial on keyword research, the content optimizer, and the rank tracker ends, continued access is a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time by contacting us — canceling stops future charges, and we don't prorate or refund the current billing period. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
